2.Highly Integrated Modularized Detector
The whole image chain, including Anti-Scatter Grid (ASG), Scintillator Array, Photodiode Array, Ceramic Wafer; Multi-channel Connector and A/D Conversion Electronic Circuit Board, are all integrated in a miniaturized technology module.
3.Scintillator Array Optimized Design
Heavy rare earth ceramic materials with high density are adopted for scintillator array. Gaps among pixels are filled with reflected materials to increase light collection efficiency. We optimized the scintillator material thickness by simulation. Visible light absorption efficiency is increased as high as possible, while ensuring more than 98% X-ray absorption rate. The SNR and image qualify of the system are ultimately optimized.
4.ASG (Anti-Scatter Grid) Unique Design and Production Technique
Separated design for edge channels of detector modules keeps modules from interfering with each other greatly reducing system sensitivity to environmental temperature and decreasing image artifacts caused by temperature drifts.
5.Most Advanced Data Acquisition ASIC Chip with 256 Channels
We, for the first timein class, adopt a state-of-the- art 256 channel ASIC chip. Apart from being highly integrated, this chip has higher counting rate, lower power consumption, lower noise and better linearity, ensuring system with excellent performance including high sampling rate, large dynamic range and outstanding image quality.
6.Detector Package Design with High Precision and High Strength
EMC/EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) shielding, light sealing, mechanical precision, rigidity and reliability under high rotation speed are taken into consideration for the overall design of the detector and gantry. Image noise and artifacts caused by EMI and leakage are eliminated, ensuring mechanical precision under high rotation speed.
7.Creative Design of Detector Photodiode
Photodiode design is optimized to reduce sensitivity to scatter from scanned objects-this is mainly enhanced at boundary of modules. This technology has applied USA intellectual property.

9.The integrated casting of stator and rotor
The gantry construction is made up of a very solid and sturdy aluminum casting for both stator and roton During rotation, the stator and rotor has minimum vibration, deformation (FEA simulation has been performed to ensure stability under high G-load condions.) in all directions. Therefore, the stability of the scanner allows the X-Ray tube focal spot to be accurately aligned to the center of the detector which accurately locates the X-Ray beam distribution across the detector to guarantee the image quality.
10.Auto Bolus Tracking
By the monitoring on the changes of the ROI's CT value after injection of contrast agent, automatically trigger formal scan.
