This plant adopts pretreatment + 2 pass RO + EDI system tech to treat water
as per given and reach standards as per required.
Both Auto & Semi Auto are used and can be changed accordingly.
E. Detail introduction:
SUS Source Water Tank
With H, L level control. Regulate water supply to the pre-treatment, prevent the
effects of water insufficient, effective protect the work of booster pump.
SUS Booster Pump
Provide power for pretreatment & RO system.
For plant works for 12 hours or more per day, we advise 2 pumps, 1D+1S.
Improve efficiency and prolong working life.
SUS Manganese Sand + Quartz Sand Filter
Get rid of Iron, turbidity, SS matter, organic matter, colloid, etc. In the water.
SUS Active Carbon Filter
Remove color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, etc. Remove 99%
of chlorine, organic chemicals. Provides enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and
color. Protect and prolong the life of RO membrane.
SUS Water Softener
Soft water and reduce water hardness. Make it suitable for final use.
SUS PP Filter
Prevent any deposition of large Particles, holding back any large particulates
such as iron, dust, SS matter, impurity into RO membrane.
SUS 1st Stage High Pressure Pump
Provide power for 1st stage RO system, equipped with over-heat, protect and
pressure controller. For plant works for 12 hours or more per day, we advise 2
pumps, 1D+1S. Improve efficiency and prolong working life.
1st Stage RO System
Adopts high desalination rate DOW / HYDRANAUTICS RO membrane.
Removes the following water contaminants: lead, cooper, barium, chromium,
mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium etc.
Clear water, green water !
PH adjust system
Adjust and control PH value of the water.
1st Stage RO Water Tank
Store 1st stage RO water, buffer for 2nd stage RO system. Material: SUS 304.
SUS 2nd Stage High Pressure Pump
Provide power for 2nd stage RO system, equipped with over-heat, protect and
pressure controller. For plant works for 12 hours or more per day, we advise 2
pumps, 1D+1S. Improve efficiency and prolong working life.
2nd Stage RO System
Adopts high desalination rate DOW / HYDRANAUTICS RO membrane.
Further purified water outlet from 1st stage RO system.
EDI booster pump
Provide power for EDI system.
For plant works for 12 hours or more per day, we advise 2 pumps, 1D+1S.
Improve efficiency and prolong working life.
SUS UV sterilization
Makes water live and further sterilization and disinfection.
SUS PP Filter
Prevent any tiny impurity enter into EDI system.
EDI system
Will make use of Siemens EDI 0.5T/H which has been in water treatment for
Long term, outlet stable water quality.
Note: the pure water tank is flexible in size according to user's requests.
Electrical Control System
Use Germany Famous brand Schneider control components. Auto control
system: WEINVIEW touch screen+Mitsubishi PLC.
Material: SUS, worlds will be printed on the panel.
